Diamond Painting is a bit like painting by numbers. Instead of painting the right paint color on the corresponding numbers, you make a painting with small colored stones. The necessary stones are included with every Diamond Painting. Each color corresponds to a code printed on the canvas of your painting. You just have to stick the right colors on the corresponding color code. The canvas always has an adhesive layer with a protective foil over it.You have to lift the stones with a pen that you fill with a kind of wax, so that the stones stick to the pen. The pen and wax are included with the set of stones.
Always stick the stones with the flat side to the canvas. With the supplied shaker tray with grooves, you can easily shake the stones with the convex side (with which you hold them with the pen) upwards.
If you haven't done Diamond Painting yet, this may sound like a nerve-wracking hobby. However, this activity has a very calming effect and it is always a matter of looking forward to the result of the finished painting.
